A Concours d'Elegance, which means “competition of elegance”, is a prestigious automotive event where classic and vintage cars are judged for beauty, elegance and restoration quality. Originally started in 17th-century France, these events today celebrate the rich history and aesthetic development of automobiles around the world.
The Concours d'Elegance is a highlight of Wheels Mariënwaerdt, an event that brings together classic beauty and modern technology. This competition showcases a wide range of rare and beautifully maintained cars, from historic classics to the latest supercars. At each edition of Wheels Mariënwaerdt, an international jury assesses the participating vintage cars. There are several awards, but the most important is, of course, the Best of Show.
